Storage Instructions
The product is packaged in vacuum-sealed bags, either individually or separately according to customer requests. Once opened, it is advisable to dry the natural casing with a paper towel and remove only the part you intend to consume, as the casing provides natural protection for the mortadella. If not used entirely, store in the refrigerator between 2 and 6 degrees Celsius, wrapping the cut part with plastic wrap. The product has a shelf life of 90 days in vacuum-sealed packaging. Consume within 15 days of opening.
