OUR STORY

Our company is born from the passion and expertise of our father Silvio, a renowned butcher and charcutier from Bologna. Growing up behind the counter in a butcher shop, my brother Francesco and I decided to establish this company to showcase our artisanal dedication to crafting exceptional cured meats.

In 2015, we launched Artigianquality, with a focus on Bologna’s iconic product: MORTADELLA. For nearly a decade, our mission has been to continually improve our products, ensuring they are as healthy and authentic as possible while adhering to principles of good nutrition.

We craft our mortadella with respect for tradition, while meeting the demands for health and purity from our customers and consumers.
